The customer reported that their LG electric dryer was running through full cycles but clothes were coming out still damp and cold. The drum was spinning normally and airflow seemed adequate, but there was no heat being generated during any cycle setting.
Our technician tested the heating element with a multimeter and confirmed it had failed open, meaning no continuity and no heat output. We replaced the entire heating element assembly with a genuine LG part and also tested the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat to ensure they were within specification. After reassembly, we ran a timed dry cycle and confirmed the dryer was reaching proper operating temperature and drying clothes completely.
We repair all LG dryers across Chandler and the Phoenix Metro area. Same-day appointments available.
